Came to California at four, and cried myself to sleep on the plane. My immediate family , and to find better schooling for my younger brother, sister some time later, and I. Public schooling, at least, has been poor

My Story & Philosophy

My first aspiration for employment, at the age of three, was entomologist. I was down in the dirt, muddy and naked every day. Enjoying the bugs/insects/arachnids/herptiles/birds/etc., so much so that my late greaunt Linda called me [her] mud-muffin. That initial interest in ” lead to a lifelong interest in nature, learning, and research.
